I founded Joly Solutions to provide independent, technically grounded advice in the places where energy and infrastructure decisions carry real consequences for operations, governance, and reputation.
Across my career, I have worked directly on production floors, in laboratories, data centres, campuses, boardrooms, and public facilities. That hands-on experience taught me that most organizations don’t struggle because they lack technology or effort. They struggle because engineering, operations, finance, and governance are rarely aligned in the same room. My role is to bridge that gap.
Today, I advise organizations operating in complex, regulated, and high-consequence environments, including:

I often work at the boundary between the shop floor and the C-suite, helping leaders see invisible risks, test assumptions, and make decisions that stand up to scrutiny and time.
Joly Solutions operates as a vendor-agnostic, independent advisory practice. I collaborate with specialist partners when needed, but maintain clear accountability for recommendations so clients can trust that decisions are driven by evidence, not sales agendas.
